These activities have all been developed by Dr. Phil Smith and Carol Hince of the Teacher Scientist Network (TSN), UK CarboSchools partner. They are truly cross-curricular providing science teachers and their colleagues in other subjects with very practical approaches to teaching about Sustainable Living. They create awareness and inspire young people to take action and bring about behavioural change based on sound understandings. These actions are most effective if initiated by the young people themselves and so only limited details are provided, see the ideas cloud in Essential Reading.
